BAD BREEDER ~~ NO NO,
there are NOT A BAD BREEDER, we trust YOU ALL TO tell us the TRUE if you as at a dog pound, other place who as dog/puppies, and if you tell us NO.
But You WIll Do What I do all the time, spray yourseft with LYSOL, wash your hand in bleach, And shoes off at the door, Or don't come and see my puppies if you have been someplace before!!
Thanks Connie
Where are all the Puppies????
*Just wanted to say to all those that expressed their support, understande & kind words during this situation I truly appreciate it!!!!
Thanks Renee:)
Well they are ALL still here...waiting for their new homes....
To begin with I have to explain my new "Puppy Viewing" policy.
I will no longer be having puppy visits in my home....reason for this being that back around the 1st/2nd week of March someone who came to meet the puppies unintentionally brought the "parvo virus" into my home...this in turn infected many of my babies...it was one of the most stressful time in my life...as it was a life & death struggle to save the pups that came down with this deadly virus!!! There were 2 pups that sold to a family that didn't make it and it was devistating to them and me. I never want to be known for selling sick puppies...but disclosing that the parvo virus has infected my pups could be very damaging to my business....but I care more for my pups and want my customers to be happy.
The sick pups with alot of TLC and the wonderdrug Tamiflu, Pepto Bismol & Amoxicillin 2x a day for 10 days and lots of fluids being forced in with a syringe or by sub-Q they all recovered with no damaging effects to them. The contagious period is debatable all over the internet you read different things...2 weeks 8 weeks 6 months? On the ASPCApro.org they state the pups feces are contagious for 2 weeks...I kept them quarantined for 3 weeks but unfortunately one of Punkins pups came down with the virus after he was sold to a wonderful family and he passed away on Tuesday 5-3-11....so all the new puppies are quarentined again and being treated with the Tamiflu tx.
People need to understand that this does happen to good breeders and to bad breeders...this virus is just not at the dog park...it is everywhere...and anyone anywhere can bring it into your home...it lives on objects, clothing hands etc...and is ONLY KILLED BY BLEACH!!! Lysol #2 will kill airborn and will treat things that can not be bleached but the only way to eliminate it is Bleach.
So guess what I'm bleaching and moping and scrubbing...its a great way to burn calories and loose a few pounds....it takes alot of work to get everything back on track but with dilligence it will happen!!!
So to all those who were looking at my pups they will not be available for at least 2 weeks and they get a health check and OK from the vet...I can tell you that symptoms were only showing in 1 yes one puppy back on 4-4 but I am treating all Punkins & Mimi Sues since they were the ones around little Shammy that came down with it:( This is the most heart breaking thing for everyone...when a puppy contracts this virus it doesn't show for 7-14 days and the pups look and act fine...but the day it hits they can be gone in 24 hours YES it kills that fast it attacts the stomach lining and blood and just takes over their little bodies...why we hear about "Parvo" is that it is Deadly but can be treatable if caught in time!
Check out "Puppy Updates" posted weekly !!!
5-16-11 This is now week 2...so far none of the puppies have exhibited any parvo symptoms...I am making vet check visits for them this week...pending a clear check they will be ready hopefully by Friday!!! YEA!!! Will update when I know more...Thanks Renee:)
Going to Salon Twp to discuss Kennel options and getting Rabies updates for the Adults that are due...(right after I rob a bank:) (Just kidding:)
*Blizzard went to his new home with Trish in Maryland
*Piper might be going to live with my neighbors parents in June:):)
*To those that wanted to write puppy testamonies I would love to put them up on the site...feel free to send your experiences with me & my pups!
Thanks Renee:)

Wednesday 5-11-11 will be 1 week since the pups have started on treatment.
So far little Stellaluna was the only pup that had any symptoms...she had loose poopy and slept alot...I kept her in the warming crate and after about 2 doses of the Tamiflu Tx she was up and going as if nothing happened. Little Ziggy was a little under the weather for 2 days and has been coughing but not parvo symptoms really...today he is much better. I am continuing to monitor "poopy", give meds and BLEACH! I am keeping all puppies here even the older pups one more week just to be sure!

*Also to whoever called GR Animal Control...Mr. T.C. came out today 5-10-11 we had a nice chat and gave him a tour of the house and he met the pups too. Seemed very satisfied with the way I was dealing with the outbreak and the conditions that my pups & family are living in. We are discussing getting a legal kennel license which is something I had planned on doing but was discouraged by other breeders...this way everything is on the up & up!!!

*To comment on the Craigs List posting on me being a "Bad Breeder" and "ALL my puppies having Parvo"...the poster was neither of the parties that had purchased puppies and it has been handled...again thanks so much for the emails & comments in support...it helps me to keep going!
GOOD LUCK GIRL HANG IN THERE, IT TAKE TIME and 2 YEARS TO GET OUT OF OUR'S HOMES.
BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!
